I've really enjoyed learning so many Psalms passages that encourage us that the LORD hears our cries for help/mercy/deliverance. :)

No, I have heard several different numbers, but Courtney counted up very carefully, and then re-counted, and came out with 895. Yeah, I thought the picture was from somewhere else. :)
Are you taking that number from Carissa's google doc? I added up all the numbers from it and got 895, but one of the passages I think had the wrong number of verses, which would make it equal 896. (And by the way, the picture is not of either of us and was not taken by us. It's from pixabay.com.)
@Brianna Thanks! That means I'm almost 1/2 way there...You Juniors still might be faster than we are and keep them reviewed more :)
It's 895vs. :) And the junior group only has 1 more member than y'all do, so we can't stay ahead of you for ever 'cause we have less verses. Next year I'll be in this group though.

Does anyone know the number of Senior verses there are? I've seen different numbers, but I didn't know if anyone had reached a consensus. (On the other hand, once anyone finishes on this group, we'll be able to see.)

Yeah...this doesn't include 1 John. And on the other one you have 1 John in 5 verse sections, 1 John verse by verse, 1 John whole chapters (I have chapter 1 done). Plus, you have John 13-15 and one group has last year's verses, and you have the local passages...
Mmm...it really shows when you do all the short ones first, doesn't it? Does this make you feel better? ;)
