Two weeks into the summer, I am up to 22 verses. Proud of myself! Thanks for the accountability. Always encouraging when I log on and someone else has added a verse. Any verse suggestions i can add?

Breanna, I had the same question and figured out that if a passage is 2 verses long the app counts them separately in the total number of verses.
I have 18 verses that I have added to my review list. Sometimes I just review the five i added this week. Sometimes I buzz through all 18. It takes about 5 minutes to review all.
I typically add 5 new verses to the collection each Monday. You do not have to keep up. . . just add a new verse or two when you have verses down. You are doing great!
I’m a little behind. I’ve got 2 verses… 😬
I see that Jeff has 18 verses, Deborah has 15, but I only show 14 in the list?
Thank you to those who have joined the challenge to memorize Scripture! It is encouraging when I see others who have reviewed verses. You will not regret the time to hide the Bible in your heart!
If you have not had the opportunity to start on a verse, I would encourage you to make a plan for review. It is very hard without a plan. Do not let the enemy discourage you if you miss a week.
There are now 15 verses in the group collection. Pick a favorite and spend a minute reviewing that you would typically spend scrolling videos.

That’s good to know about the versions. Thanks Jeff! I try to stick to EsV too but there are a couple that I may have to go back and change! 😄
Last day of school with kids for me. I pulled up my verses to show some what I was memorizing. They were impressed. Almost one week down. . . 13 to go!
For me, it was NIV. When you add a verse, you can choose whatever version you want. I've tried to stay with ESV, because that's what Robby uses.
Was anyone else raised on KJV and mixing up words on some of these verses?? 🤣
Ok friends. . .today is day 1. Hopefully, you have thought of a plan for your verses. Maybe a few minutes a day. . . maybe a bit longer a couple of times a week. 25 verses sounds like a lot, but a little at a time.
Set up what works for you to sustain. . . do not put pressure on yourself that it has to look a certain way. The enemy will try to discourage you from setting up a habit.
I added a couple of verses from the list to my active verses. In the morning or after supper when I sometimes scroll social media, I have been reminded to pull up a verse and review.
Let me know if I can help.

Happy Saturday friends. . . two days until our challenge officially starts. I hope you have given some thought to routine for your memorization. That helps (A certain time of day. . .a set aside amount of time, etc)
You can use any of the verses in the 25 summer verses collection. . .or add your own. Let me know if I can help get you set up. The review all feature on the mobile app is quick. I type the first letter of each word and it goes through verses quickly.
I know we are not officially starting until Memorial Day, but I have gotten a jump start on you guys. I wanted to establish the habit while I was excited.
The review all button in the app is really easy. I spend a couple of minutes of my quiet time looking at a verse.
I pulled them up after supper tonight and with the type the first letter feature to review, I said all 4 of mine in about 2 minutes.
Love it!
I have had several new members today. Welcome. . . still exploring the site and the mobile app. I am going to start memorizing on Memorial Day. I plan to add two verses each week to the 25 verses in summer 2025 collection. Feel free to add those verses, or you can pick your own. My goal is to have 25 people by Monday. Feel free to invite family or small group. Great accountability!
