Predators often pretend to be tragic and in need of help. They may do this so you’ll care about them, so you’ll compromise your boundaries to “help“ them. Don’t compromise you boundaries, even if you think your helping them
Online predators asking invasive questions may make you feel as if the discomfort you feel about answering and about being around them sound mean, hateful, or hurting them. Don’t buy it, if you’re uncomfortable, don’t answer and leave.
Remember online predators will usually be nice, but will use that comfort to ask invasive personal question
be wary of people who say they are single and looking for dates online. At the least, it’s a sign of insecurity and immaturity. At most, it’s a sign of an online predator.

do not join 1 on 1 private groups with people you do not know
do not give personal information like full names, age, addresses, id, financial info, or contact information to people you’ve just met
