James 1:2 is definitely one of my favorites too. I love James 1:17 as well: "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change." Just love the way that is worded 😄

In the first chapter of James what is the first that stands out to you the most? (Or what is your favorite verse out of James chapter1?) Verse 2 is always one that jumps out to me, and I love verse 12, "Blessed is the man that endureth temptations........shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love Him" Isn't that a beautiful promise?
If you have memorized Chapters 1 & 2 and you would like to keep going I can add chapter 3.
