Colossians 4:6 in this app is showing “……always with grace…” but the official UPCI material and KJV Bible states, “….alway with grace…”
Okay, that makes sense. There are a lot of different types/versions of Bible quizzing, they have a bunch of different rules and ways to quiz than other Bible Quizzes do. I was just wondering, thanks for letting me know.😁
Addie - Sorry I just saw your questions. Thank you to Joshua for answering. The United Pentecostal Church has 2 Bible Quizzing Divisions - just google UPCI Senior or UPCI Junior Bible Quizzing and all the resources will be there. This is just a program listing all the verses for each division. You have to attend a United Pentecostal Church. There are tournaments at the state and national level. If you want to be on a team, you memorize the verses.
Or are you just saying/quoting verses from memory?
Are you answering questions in the quiz?
Are there questions asked in the quiz, or is it just memorizing and quoting the verses?
Do you have to memorize the scriptures to do UPCI quizzing? Or do you have to know some of the basic material to guess the questions?
So there's like a youth's Bible quizzing and a children's Bible quizzing?
It's split up into different age groups. 12-18 are in Intermediate or Experienced (experienced has more material to memorize).
Are there different versions of UPCI quizzing?
Addie Bradley: UPCI quizzing is a program run by some churches across primarily the United States (there are some teams in Canada and Mexico). Each year different material is chosen to be memorized by the teams (this year being selected epistles of Paul).
Overall, it is one of the best (stated without any hint of exaggeration) ways a young person could spend his or her time. It is a sizable commitment, but Christ deserves our all, not just what may be convenient or manageable.
