1. Ephesians 1:16-19

   I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might.

2. James 1:5

   If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.

3. James 3:13

   Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom.

4. James 3:17

   But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.

She is more precious than jewels, and nothing you desire can compare with her. Long life is in her right hand; in her left hand are riches and honor.

   My son, do not lose sight of these-keep sound wisdom and discretion, and they will be life for your soul and adornment for your neck. Then you will walk on your way securely, and your foot will not stumble. If you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

10. Proverbs 4:5-7

    Get wisdom; get insight; do not forget, and do not turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will keep you; love her, and she will guard you. The beginning of wisdom is this: get wisdom, and whatever you get, get insight.

    The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.

12. Psalm 90:12

    So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.
