Chapter 3 verse 11 is driving me crazy! I think the first half is linked to the previous verse, but it seems like a run on sentence to me!

Good morning Miss. Annemarie, I was looking at chapter 2 of 2nd Timothy on this Bible Memory app and I noticed that only 26 verses appear not 28. I was curious if you know what is wrong, if not, that's fine.
