Nice group guys. I also coincidentally started with this 5-verses-per-day strategy about a week or so ago. Works very well!
please join my group named LOVE ❤️!!!!!!!!!!!
hello everyone I am inviting everyone in this group who is active to my group I just made named Active members ONLY. I am hoping to make a very active group. I am a very active person and I go on multiple times a day. I wan to have this active group to be able to share stuff and get answers quickly and that when questions are asked they get answered too. we can memorize together in a healthy environment of people from all around the globe!! I would gladly promote anyone who has verses to add or just them for you if you tell me which ones. thankyou for your consideration for joining my group!! may the Lord bless you all!!
You should be able to add Galatians; I think I've made you an admin. I'll work on Romans. :D
Great goal, I'm with you guys! I have Philippians memorized and working on the Sermon on the Mount now :)
Could you add the rest of Romans in 5 vs sections, as well as Galatians? Thanks! :)
Yup. Check out those chapters of John. There's also a lot more coming, right?
Oh dear...it's been a while. Let's get back memorizing again!
Your verses are going down! I'm going to add a collection with complete chapters of John. See if you can do them and get our rank up! :D
I've added parts of Romans!
Hi Sarah,
I have an idea. Since we keep getting behind and forgetting to memorize, why don't we set ourselves goals? Like to start with, we are going to try to memorize 2nd John by April 30th. Then 3rd John by May 4th. I think we can do it. Plus, if we're not memorizing anything we're not doing very well. As long as we're memorizing something, we are exercising our memory muscles. I'm working on Jude, so I can send you my memory cards if you want them. Did you know Jude is only 25 verses? (And you already know 4?) He sounds a lot like James, his older brother--maybe. He also brings up stuff from the OT that isn't in the OT. Like Michael arguing about Moses' body? Or Enoch prophesying?
I think you just need to pick something and work on it. I also think that if we pray for help, He will do it. Remember, He "is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think."
Keep memorizing and have fun!
