A few minutes ago, I reviewed Psalm 23, Psalm 117, and parts of Psalm 27 and Proverbs 31, and a variety of verses from Romans. Please share with us what you have reviewed or learned anew today. 🙂
🌻 Happy Sabbath friends! Hope you have a blessed one. 🙏🌷
Sobering review verses today: 1 Peter 5:5-8 KJV - "Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon Him; for He careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour."
I hope everyone is having a good day! It is the Preparation Day for the Sabbath. It is a busy one for me (and Sunday and Monday) because I still need to prepare food and a salad (chili for my hubby and son), start some kind of seed plan for our garden (cannot wait on that as the clock is ticking), write if and when I get the chance, and prepare plant care directions for my husband while I am gone for a week long trip (which I will also have to pack for). Tomorrow (the Sabbath) we are going to a nearby health seminar for the day. I so much prefer being busy than having nothing to do and no goal in sight! :^)
How is everyone doing today?
I love this chapter. Lamentations 3:22-26 KJV - It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness. The LORD is my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in Him. The LORD is good unto them that wait for Him, to the soul that seeketh Him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
Some favorite review verses this morning: Romans 8:26-28 KJV - Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And He that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose.
Isaiah 41:10, 13-14 KJV - Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee. Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.
Some thoughtful verses to contemplate as we enter into the Sabbath: 1 Peter 2:19-21 KJV - For this is thankworthy, if a man for conscience toward God endure grief, suffering wrongfully. For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? But if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God. For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps.
I just finished listening to this video about the compelling case for Ellen White as a true prophet of God on YouTube. This perfectly sums up my feelings about her: https://youtu.be/-xVAyk5JjrE?si=v7C71agkm0qy7tNL
🌺 Happy Sabbath my friends! 🙏❤
I may have eaten too much cabbage that my husband cooked. I do not think it agreed with me. But once it was out of my stomach, I was better immediately. Definitely too much of a good thing. 😅
I just threw up 5 times, but am fine now, and drinking hot chocolate. I feel that I am being harassed by an evil spirit. You can see why I feel that way by looking at the evidence on the groups called 28 Fundamental Briefs and on Missionaries. Please keep me in your prayers and let others know as well. I have posted the following info which may have the enemy and his cronies scrambling: Go to SetfreeinChrist.org to receive guidance on how to empower your mind against spiritual warfare.
Review verses to ponder. 2 Timothy 4:2-4 KJV - "Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables."
Two of my review verses this morning. The Lord is good; He answered my prayer. Exodus 4:11-12 KJV - "And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? Have not I the LORD? Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say."
🌺 Happy Sabbath friends! May you be blessed on this sacred day of worship, our gift from God. 💝🙏❤
🎆 Merry Christmas everyone! May the love, of our Father in heaven and His son Jesus Christ, dwell in your hearts and minds both now and forevermore, amen. 🙏❤
@Everyone: I hope your Preparation Day is productive as you prepare for the true Sabbath day of rest. Do not let anything distract you from getting ready to be in the presence of the Lord for the sacred hours of the Seventh day Sabbath. The devil has already tried over the last several days to cause me grief and stress, and steal my blessing. However, a special blessing is in store for me tonight. I get to participate in a sing-along Handels Messiah! How I miss those days when I sang the long score every Christmas for years with our local Symphony Choir and Orchestra.
Some of my review verses this morning: Romans 10:12-14 KJV - "For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?"
❤ Brethren, let us make good use of the few hours we have before us to prepare for the blessed Sabbath day of the Lord, the day of rest that God made for man. Genesis 2:2-3 KJV - "And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it He had rested from all His work which God created and made." Happy Sabbath! 🙏🙂🌺
🌺 Happy Sabbath, everyone! 🙏❤
I am especially thankful this Thanksgiving for our good health, a loving church family, the blessings we take for granted such as plenty to eat, my sweet cat Pepper (14 now!), and God the Father Who loves us so much that He gave us Jesus to die for our sins so that we will not have to. And I love and appreciate all of the beautiful creation that God gave us to enjoy. Be blessed everyone! God loves you.
Verses from my review that put trials in perspective: Psalm 119:71, 75-76 KJV - "It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn Thy statutes. I know, O LORD, that Thy judgments are right, and that Thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me. Let, I pray Thee, Thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to Thy word unto Thy servant."
Happy Happy Blessed Sabbath to all. 💖🙏🏿🙌🏾

Memorizing the word of God is a tremendous blessing! Here are some review verses from this morning which include a few of my thoughts: Proverbs 28:2, 4-5 KJV - "For the transgression of a land [the US] many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge [Trump] the state thereof shall be prolonged [God is holding back the winds of strife until His Saints are sealed]. They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things."
Good day to all. Hope you had a blessed day. I have been having a wonderful time studying, meditating and memorizing God's word. It is truly a delight when we spend time with our Lord♥️🙏🏿
Hi everyone! How are you doing with your memorizing? Are you continuing to instill the word of God in your minds? 😲🙏
Tim I welcome you!!! So happy you can join us☺️🙌🏾♥️
Happy Happy Blessed Sabbath everyone 🎉 🙏🏿❤️☺️
🌺 God bless you all. Happy Sabbath everyone! 🙏😄🍂🍃
I welcome you Bernice to this group! Hope you enjoy being here and memorizing God's word. God bless you. Don't forget to invite a friend, tell someone about this group. ♥️🙏🏿👍🏾
A blessed morning/day to everyone 🙌🏾. I want to welcome Allan to the group. Hope you enjoy the journey with us as we memorise together God's word.
Our worship time was so special. Besides the subject matter in the SS lesson and sermon, the man that tells the children's story had some friends bring their pet opossum for his Creature Feature. It was so fun to see that beautiful little animal! We always eagerly anticipate what interesting topic he will share. He has brought a small raccoon, a baby owl, and a pine (gopher) snake recently. What a blessing his presentations have been. And he knows all the Latin names!
How was church for those who attend? Today for me is was amazing. Such a blessing when brethren come together in fellowship. We had music appreciation day.
Hi Julina happy to have you. 🤗.
Thanks for inviting me! 😊
My husband and I have duties at church today. I will be leading both song services and he will be doing Superintendent remarks. It is becoming cool and foggy here in the Northwest. I do not think that the roads will be icy yet, but the days are coming. We have a 40 minute drive to church. Happy Sabbath!
Hi everyone! Hope you all are having a great day. The Sabbath is approaching so I pray you all have a blessed Sabbath and weekend.😊🙏🏿 I want to add more verses to my collection but i am not allowed because I have to get the pro version. I am working on that. In the mean time please dive into these wonderful verses and be blessed. Marilyn I will check out the other group for sure God bless you. Don't forget to invite a friend here and lets grow together in his word. 🙌🏾❤️
Rissa, I uploaded all of your group verses. They appear to be a personal study of yours. I look forward to learning them; I know a blessing awaits! You might want to check out Collections in my group called Final Events SDA. You can use any of them that you want. The influence of the Holy Spirit was behind all of them. Be blessed!
I wish we could find Emma. She is such a sweet young Adventist girl.
Here is another of my recent memory verses: Psalm 20:6-9 KJV - "Now know I that the LORD saveth His anointed; He will hear him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. Some trust in chariots, and some in horses: but we will remember the name of the LORD our God. They are brought down and fallen: but we are risen, and stand upright. Save, LORD: let the King hear us when we call."
Also, invite Grace on the SDA Endtime Memory Verses group.
Hi Rissa and Kitty Lover. You should go to the Sword of the Spirit group and invite Julina.
Hello so lovely of you to Join. I'm happy you are here. 🤗🙏🏿 You are welcome.
Taught for a moment.
We find ourselves living in an age where, due to our technologies, lies are magnified and multiplied to the limits of convincing us they’re true. The book of Proverbs, that compendium of godly wisdom, speaks often of the stark difference between truth and lies. “Truthful lips endure forever,” says the proverb, “but a lying tongue lasts only a moment” (12:19). And the very next adage tells us, “Deceit is in the hearts of those who plot evil, but those who promote peace have joy” (v. 20).
Honesty applies to everything from God’s commands. The truth “endures forever.”
Morning to you Marilyn happy you are telling people. God bless you. 🙏🏿 I would love to meet Kitty. 🤗
I told Kitty Lover about this new group. If she joins, you will grow to love her. 😊
Nice to have you here Marilyn if you know anyone else you know who wouldn't mind being apart of this group invite them to join. I will add that verse in the Psalm collection. Psalm 118:4-8
I just joined! I went over those verses today. And the following in Psalm 118:4-8 KJV - "Let them now that fear the LORD say, that His mercy endureth forever. I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place. The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."
Welcome!!🙂 God is good and mercy endures forever.
