*God, You say that our faith is “counted to [us] as righteousness” because we believe in You. Because we are righteous, we claim the blessings of the righteous. (Rom. 4:21)
*God, You say that “since we are Christ's, then [we] are Abraham's offspring, heirs according to promise.” (Gal. 3:29) Because we are Abraham’s offspring, we claim the blessings of the children of Abraham.
*God, You say “Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord, whose trust is the Lord." (Jeremiah 17:7-8) Because we trust in You, we claim the promises of the blessed of the Lord.
*God, You say that all Scripture is “breathed out by [You].” (2 Timothy 3:16). Because these promises come from You, we know that they are true. (2 Cor. 1:20)
*God, You say that You “watch over Your Word to perform it, so we know that You will do what You have promised. (Jeremiah 1:12) *God, You say that every word that goes out from Your mouth “shall not return to [You] empty” but “shall succeed in the thing for which [You] sent it.” These promises are Your Word, so we know that You will fulfill them. (Isaiah 55:10-11)
*God, You say that nothing is “too hard” for You (Jeremiah 32:27), so we know that You are able “to do what [You have] promised.” (Rom 4:21)
*God, You tell us to “contend for the faith” (Jude 1:3). We are acting in obedience to You by claiming Your promises.
God's Word is SO POWERFUL!! It is "LIVING AND ACTIVE!!" (Hebrews 4:12)
