I have learned over the years that the King James Bible is really the most uncorrupted, pure version in the English language.
I can tell that truth matters to you because you're memorizing scripture. I used to use the ESV and other versions. I would compare a particular verse in different versions to see which one I liked best. Hmmm..
Was I playing God there? I don't know, but I would encourage you to seriously look into this matter.
