When you engage more than one sense (sight, sound, touch, speech, etc), your learning process will improve. Not much you can do with smell on this task. 😄
@Caleb: Things that really help to seal something in your mind, are to write it down, repeat it out loud throughout your day, even post it in different places around your house or office.
I'm in my second year of Quizzing, but I can't seem to find the time to memorize
Does anyone have any tips on memorizing.

@John. Yes, it is a really good thing! Quizzing is fun through competition while studying His word. It really helps us remember what we studied while we were younger to remember today and in the future in daily life.
Yea that would be pretty cool. I recently found out that it’s not just reciting the verses too. they will ask questions and you would answer with the scriptures that you memorize. that is a very helpful thing to be able to do in the real world when people ask questions and you are able to cite and explain the verses you memorize.
If there was an adult quizzing though, that would be a fun thing to do for those who are too old for children's quizzing and youth quizzing.
I can relate a little, I missed a whole year of quizzing but not the whole thing. You might be able to become a coach for quizzing in your community.
I never did it, I wish I did, but now I’m trying to memorize scripture, and found this group that has these past Bible quizzing verses, and it’s a really great resource.

Hello, everyone. I’ve made a group called “Memorize the Bible!!!”. I hope you can all join. I have only put the four gospels on the group verses so far, but by the time you’re reading this I’ve probably done half the New Testament. I’m aiming to put WHOLE BIBLE on there! that way you can memorize any chapter.
