Some of my review verses this morning: Romans 10:12-14 KJV - "For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?"
🌺 Happy Sabbath, everyone! 🙏❤
I am especially thankful this Thanksgiving for our good health, a loving church family, the blessings we take for granted such as plenty to eat, my sweet cat Pepper (14 now!), and God the Father Who loves us so much that He gave us Jesus to die for our sins so that we will not have to. And I love and appreciate all of the beautiful creation that God gave us to enjoy. Be blessed everyone! God loves you.
Verses from my review that put trials in perspective: Psalm 119:71, 75-76 KJV - "It is good for me that I have been afflicted; that I might learn Thy statutes. I know, O LORD, that Thy judgments are right, and that Thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me. Let, I pray Thee, Thy merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to Thy word unto Thy servant."

Memorizing the word of God is a tremendous blessing! Here are some review verses from this morning which include a few of my thoughts: Proverbs 28:2, 4-5 KJV - "For the transgression of a land [the US] many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge [Trump] the state thereof shall be prolonged [God is holding back the winds of strife until His Saints are sealed]. They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep the law contend with them. Evil men understand not judgment: but they that seek the LORD understand all things."
Hi everyone! How are you doing with your memorizing? Are you continuing to instill the word of God in your minds? 😲🙏
🌺 God bless you all. Happy Sabbath everyone! 🙏😄🍂🍃
Some of my favorite verses: Proverbs 30:24-28 KJV - "There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise: The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer; The conies are but a feeble folk, yet make they their houses in the rocks; The locusts have no king, yet go they forth all of them by bands; The spider taketh hold with her hands, and is in kings’ palaces."
Our worship time was so special. Besides the subject matter in the SS lesson and sermon, the man that tells the children's story had some friends bring their pet opossum for his Creature Feature. It was so fun to see that beautiful little animal! We always eagerly anticipate what interesting topic he will share. He has brought a small raccoon, a baby owl, and a pine (gopher) snake recently. What a blessing his presentations have been. And he knows all the Latin names!
My husband and I have duties at church today. I will be leading both song services and he will be doing Superintendent remarks. It is becoming cool and foggy here in the Northwest. I do not think that the roads will be icy yet, but the days are coming. We have a 40 minute drive to church. Happy Sabbath!
Also: Colossians 3:8-13 KJV - "But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye."
I had the delight of receiving counsel again through a few of my favorite memory verses this morning: Psalm 118:4-8 KJV - "Let them now that fear the LORD say, that His mercy endureth forever. I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place. The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me? The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man."

Why do beavers rest EVERY Sabbath? video on YouTube. A strange silence is observed over the Sabbath (Saturday). A hush falls over all their activities at sundown every Friday evening without fail. And this is regarding every beaver around the world, regardless of the season. Sunday mornings, they begin their work again. https://youtu.be/uZ-Sz7fLyf0?si=NeLvyc8eRwzBo8W9
I have several things to do on this Preparation Day: dishes and cooking, some yard work, and last minute bits and pieces. What kind of things do you have to do to prepare for the Sabbath of the Lord?
🌺 Happy Sabbath everyone! 🙏❤
2 John 1:6 KJV - "And this is love, that we walk after His commandments. This is the commandment, That, as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it."
Isaiah 59:17, 18 KJV - "For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon His head; and He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke. According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, fury to His adversaries, recompence to His enemies; to the islands He will repay recompence."
Hi everyone!!! Please join my group called Truth Be Told! Hope to see you there soon!!!😊😃
I love the comforting message of these verses: Psalm 27:9-14 KJV say, "Hide not Thy face far from me; put not Thy servant away in anger: Thou hast been my help; leave me not, neither forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, then the LORD will take me up. Teach me Thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."
🌺 Happy Sabbath everyone! 🙏❤🙏
Fountainview Academy choir and orchestra (from Canada) will be live at the Village SDA Church in College Place, Washington tonight. The program starts at 7 pm and may be LIVE on Blue Mountain TV or the HOPE Channel. You may also be able to see it on Youtube and Facebook. They have excellent music program! Then tomorrow, John Bradshaw will be speaking during the Gospel Outreach program (same church). Hope you can make it!
Hi everyone!!! Please join my group called Truth Be Told! Hope to see you there soon!!!😊😃
Memory verses for today: 1 Peter 4:16, 19 KJV - "Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to Him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator."
Your group seems to have gone silent. If you decide to revive it and want me on it, let me know on Final Events SDA, and I will rejoin. ☺
Hi folks. How is your summer going? I am involved in gardening, and helping some friends with their individual needs. I am also still very involved on here with my Final Events SDA group. Come visit us when you have a moment. 🖐😀
My husband and I listened to the entire story of Joseph on Bible Gateway Audio tonight for worship. It's a wonderful story of lessons in patience, God's watchcare over His people, of forgiveness.
@Everybody: Time is very short. Things are wrapping up in the world very quickly. The devil is accelerating his agenda like never before. Make your peace with God and decide Whom you're going to serve. I'm talking to myself as well. Don't wait! 😔🙏
We stayed home today from church because of my husband's scratchy throat. Anyway, we just watched the powerful testimony of Dr. Phodidas Ndamyumugabe, originally from Rwanda. He has a PhD from Weimar University. His testimony is called "The Power of the Story." This was the second sermon for the TRIALS TO TRIUMPH program for the AFY Amazing Facts Youth Conference Day Two on YouTube. He wrote a book called "Preaching from the Grave," a book about the genocide of the Tutsis, and how he survived the slaughter only with prayer, and the powerful answers from God. It's on Kindle as an e-book for $7.99 or you can visit PreachingFromTheGrave.com to order it.
A new series by Pr Doug Batchelor begins tonight. He wrote the book THE RICHEST CAVEMAN. The series is on Amazing Facts TV on YouTube. It's called "Inspiration: The Bible's Greatest Stories!" The series is going to be held at Paradise Church in Las Vegas.
Wow. There's not much activity on here.
Revelation 19:10 says, "...I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the TESTIMONY of Jesus: worship God: for the TESTIMONY of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."
Revelation 12:17 says, "And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the TESTIMONY of Jesus Christ."
@Joel: Probably. We love the Spirit of Prophesy, and learn many things here. The SOP complements the word of God 100%.
Hi, is everyone SDA here? 🧐🤨
Hi folks! I just wanted to let you know that my Final Events SDA group message wall is back up and running! Thank you so much for all your prayers and patience while we endured such a long process to get the broken issues fixed. Like I've said before, we wouldn't develop patience if we didn't have situations like this to exercise our patience! God bless you and yours! 🙏🖐😃🙏💕
Hi. Can you help me with something? I want to learn how to input my own SOP passages. I'm mainly interested in inputting short passages that are easy to memorize. But I don't know how to do it myself. You can find me at FINAL EVENTS SDA. Thanks in advance! 👋😄
this group is not available
I am in the group now!!!!!!!!!!!😁
Happy Sabbath everyone! 😃
@Everybody: As the Covid-19 virus continues to be found around the world, a couple good verses to remember this morning are Psalm 34:7 which says, "The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them." And Psalm 37:3, which says, "Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed." Have a good day! ☺
The group Whosoever Will has some new collections, which include the 50 verses that were written in gold in an EGW vision(EW24), and Death & Hell, and some works in progress, Sabbath, and Latter Rain. If you have any suggestions for verses to add, you can let me know on my encouragement wall.
I would like to invite new and long-time Adventists to my group called FINAL EVENTS SDA. Some interesting Collections have been put together for Believers to glean Precious Truths from. Instilling God's Word in our minds is an important thing we must do to help protect ourselves against "the wiles of the devil." Discussion on the Message Wall is always welcome! ☺
Hi, this is a question for the Administrator. I'm wondering if you could add the following 3 quotes: II SM p 51 which begins with "We are coming" and ends at "with the devil then." One on p 53 begins with "We need not be deceived" and ends with "become one with Christ." The last is from MCP Vol 2 p 701. It begins with "Satanic agencies claim" and ends with "souls of men." I was listening to a video, and the man revealed these SOP quotes. I think everyone should know these points. If you are too busy to add these, if you make me an administrator and tell me how to enter SOP text, I would be glad to do it. Thank you. My email is 3riversent@gmail.com.
I would like to invite anyone wanting to learn more about Seventh Day Adventist beliefs to join the "Final Events SDA" group. There are several scripture collections to choose from. ☺
Thanks. I've enjoyed it but want more people to get interested in it. My friends don't seem to have an interest in memorization. That's why I've changed the name of my group several times. To find interested parties.. 😐
And Final Events SDA is a fine group, Marilyn. Thank you for all your work on it!
I've memorized a few of these, but I'm not planning on going any further. For one thing, the references are kind of arbitrary and hard to recall. And these short quotes don't do the original passages justice; too much is lost. Just my opinion.
I think this group has died on the vine...
@God is with us (and anyone else this may apply to): I just joined this group. It would be good to have some EGW quotes memorized as we head into the end time scenario. I'm wondering, is your group called "Active members ONLY" still functioning? I recently started my own group called "Final Events SDA." I'm also looking for active people who want to support and encourage one another as we take this journey together. We could join forces if you want. One more item... I used to have a Bible memorization group called "Truth Seekers." I recently closed it because of non-interest (I only had five members after a very long time). You can email me at 3riversent@gmail.com. Thanks.
Which two quotes from DA are you recommending?
Happy Sabbath, Fran! I don't know who the group administrator is, the one(s) that can add group verses. I'm doing the same thing, adding my own passages -- for example, from Ministry of Healing chapter 41.
Welcome to the group!
Peace and blessings! So glad I found this group. Praise God and thank you.
Can we add quotes for the group? There are two quotes from the Desire of ages that.I don't see that I believe would be beneficial to all.
In the meantime, I will follow DanW's instructions and and my own EGW quotes.
Hi, brothers and sisters in Christ! I found a little gem of a group near the bottom of the group list; I'm inviting everyone to come and take a look 😃 You are invited to the Seventh-Day Adventist Bible memorization group:
https://scripturetyper.com/group/app/a7ab519c3d/
Dan W: concerning adding EGW quotes to scripture typer you can do that by logging in to scripture typer online. Then you can also change the reference (on the app you’re bound to use the scripture references)
hello everyone I am inviting everyone in this group who is active to my group I just made named Active members ONLY. I am hoping to make a very active group. I am a very active person and I go on multiple times a day. I wan to have this active group to be able to share stuff and get answers quickly and that when questions are asked they get answered too. we can memorize together in a healthy environment of people from all around the globe!! I would gladly promote anyone who has verses to add or just them for you if you tell me which ones. thankyou for your consideration for joining my group!! may the Lord bless you all!!
join my group named JOINusANYone
Hi, DanW! It looks like it's been awhile since you posted your question about adding text not from the Bible for memorization; sorry if you've already found the answer. I'm new here, but I like to play with stuff and see what happens, and this is what I found out. When you're on your 'My Verses' page, you can click on 'Add or Import Verses' under the UNCATEGORIZED VERSES column; a little box will appear in which you can select 'Other' from the drop-down list of available translations -- that will allow you to enter anything at all for the text you want to memorize. Hope that helps.
can you tell me how you were able to enter these quotes that are not from the Bible? I too want a section of EGW for my memorization. I will be watching this wall. thanks
URGENT!! I seriously have to WARN YOU!! The KJV BIBLE has been CHANGED! (Look up the #MandelaEffect) The Lords Prayer in the KJV is not correct anymore in the KJV (how we remember "tresspasses" changed to "debts" and "those who tresspass against us" changed to "our debtors" and "ON earth" in Mt6,10 changed to "IN earth" - look it up!!!) and John8:32 has changed, as well as Isaiah11,6 changed from "Lion and Lamb will live together" to "Wolve(s) and lamb will live together"
Check out the Mandela-Effect-Wiki for more Information! http://mandela-effect-wiki.tk

PS: i'm not joking, i'm totally serious!
PPS: even wikipedia censors this topic... (see discussion on startpage in the wiki)
