Thanks, Believe by Faith, great verses we need to recall to mind EVERY DAY! Thanks for the reminder! Have a blessed week!
Cure For Anxiety Philippians 4:4-9
4. Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
5. Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.
6. Be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God.
7. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
8. Finally, brethern, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
9. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Hello 👋 Do you mind if I join this group? 🙂
Have a Blessed Easter, everyone! HE IS RISEN!
Dear friends, hope this finds you all well and grateful for the Lord's intervention in our lives in so many ways daily! Passion Week and Resurrection Sunday are fast approaching, even tho' late this year on the calendar. I have begun my reviews but find it's almost like relearning it but there is joy in that also. May this season be a joyous and peaceful one for each of you! Join with me in saying/praying "Come, LORD JESUS!"
Yes, Amen, HE IS RISEN INDEED! O HALLELUJAH ❣️
He is Risen! Hallelujah!!
HE IS RISEN INDEED! Blessings on this wonderful Easter morning and throughout the rest of the year!
The main passage for Saturday is Matt 27:62-66. Notice the willingness of the priests and Pharisees to violate their own Sabbath laws to address their concerns (fears) about Jesus!
The added verses from the OT and NT reflect on the events of this week!
Great extra passage choice—I really like to see the OT/NT connections!
We have stayed well, thanks. Certainly an upside down year though!
In reviewing Friday's passage from Matt 27: 39-44, it reminded me of a passage I learned from Messiah's Easter portion, so I added it to the verses for Silent Saturday.
Oh, that's great to hear! We all need encouragement along the way! I worked on organizing it all of March and thought about waiting until next year to put it out publicly but with all the "stuff" that happened in 2020, you just never know! It has helped me, too, as my own Collection "Passion Week" was a mile long jumble of the days passages! So glad to hear from you! Hopefully you and all yours have fared well! Our LORD is ever gracious!
Charlotte, thank you so much for setting up this group! I have been so blessed these past days by memorizing and reviewing these verses. The impact of what happened in that week is so much greater than just by reading through the passages. And it also jump-started me into getting back into memorizing again after taking a kind of a long hiatus. Blessings to you, Charlotte, and to the rest of you who are coming along on this adventure!
This was a long day and night in the earthly life of our Lord, thus it also will be for us as we review these passages and if you have been in other groups in which you have learned passages in John's gospel. In my own review schedule today I have also listed JOHN 14, 15, 16 and 17!
Thanks for inviting me! :)
Thank all of you for joining me! I know it was a late start but each season I hope to learn more as the LORD is gracious and gives us opportunity! But I hope you will also join me in saying not only "HE IS RISEN INDEED" but also, "COME, LORD JESUS"!
WELCOME, lion of juda, Bible Memorizer, and Lizette, as I told Arlene, don't let the grouped verses discourage you, skip over them and just learn the pairs and smaller passages. This is how I like to learn and review but I know not everyone does and that's OK. Even just reading outloud the group passages as you come to them helps to solidify them in our hearts!
Yes, lion of juda, I love that PS and review it on a monthly basis with a number of other Psalm! It was a timely addition last year and never too late to learn it if any of you haven't yet. That Group is listed near the top when you click on the GROUP button and only has that one Psalm as its focus.
I would be honored to have you guys on my group LifeForce if you guys could come join
I joined from psalm 91: the only safe place😁!!!!
Charlotte, thank you for sharing your gift which has been given you by HolySpirit. I started memorizing Matt 21:12-14. and was so touched that you included vs 14. Even in Jesus’s righteous angry, His compassion and graciousness is there: Then the blind and the lame came to Him in the temple, and He healed them.
However, if any of you have learned a passage of Scripture that takes place on one of the days betw The Triumphal Entry and Resurrection Sunday which adds to what I have included, let me know and I will gladly add it. It was hard to decide what to exclude as to not o overwhelm. Each gospel writer had a different perspective and sometimes order of events and some went into more detail about an event.
What a great idea, Charlotte! Excited to join. This is such a great resource to have all these verses already pulled together like this. Thank you!!
Sethers, dcgarcia and I have been in other groups together and I admire all the verses that have been memorized and continually reviewed which takes a lot of time and willpower! But I've organized this for the best way I learn and review and I'm glad to share that but not interested in being a top 20 group.
Sethers, I been gone all afternoon, but thanks for the offer. I like to organize and I like to review Scripture in chunks so I mainly do this for myself but thought it would be a good time to encourage others to delve deeper into the events surrounding the cross. The last few years I have been reviewing Chapter 17 - 20 of John at Easter but knew the Synoptic gospels gave additional teachings and/or perspectives on the events so this is the result of my working toward learning more.
Cool! I am glad to be on this group, can you make me admin?
Yo, have dcgarcia add his 17,000 verses, we would defiantly be top for sure
Glad to have you! WELCOME! I couldn't access our old friends communication and didn't know how else to get in touch. I can't directly access the Announcement page to type info about order of daily events either. But it don't matter to most unless they are OCD like me! That's why I resorted to Posts which doesn't work well either!
This is exciting Charlotte, Passion Week perfect timing. Blessings my friend.
Sethers, don’t do anything your not supposed to do
And I might be able to help you out and grow this group to be in the top 20
As you can see, I am not finished yet with organizing by days but the order in learning doesn't matter much because of the timing of reviews.
Welcome, Arlene. Learn at your own pace and need. Don't let the grouped verses discourage you. I skip over them until I am secure with single verses or pairs but I do find the larger passages best to convey the teachings I want to keep in my heart and mind.
Order for given passages for MAUNDY THURSDAY as listed in Collection are correct but not all inclusive, so if you have already learned other passages, you might want to review them here also. In my own review, I add John 14 -17.
