I know! We went shoveling in -40 degrees with the wind chill. It was so cold and it was deep.
Ugh, Indiana weather. I don't know if I'll ever actually enjoy it! :P The snow is pretty when it is falling, but not when it is all over our driveway!

Study strategy? Hmmm...work on them every chance I get! I've been reciting them in front of my closet door when I get dressed in the morning, saying them when I wash my hands at the kitchen sink, and practicing them aloud in the shower. I might have even recited one in my sleep last night! (just kidding.. but I guess it could happen?!?) I'm on the computer right now studying for my college classes, so on the breaks that I give myself while I'm studying, I will be adding a few of the verses to my Scripture Typer verse library. If I do this consistently, I might even get them all typed before Nationals! (Getting them memorized and reviewed will be a different story...)
@ Emmy, Abby, N. Janae What is your study strategy going to be for memorizing all those verses?

I can't wait for Wednesday either! I made sure to save my nametag from locals so that I will actually know my contestant ID for once! Also, no matter how we all did nationally, I am very proud of our local group. You guys are the BEST!

@Leah- My dear, it is not about you not being welcome here, it is about following the rules and spirit of this friendly competition. I did see that you are already in a BB memory group for your state, that is wonderful. You have an excellent opportunity to encourage other children & family members within your local Bible Bee to participate in this fun family activity! Bee sure to PRESS ON in learning your memory verses, so that you can be a mighty warrior for our dear Lord & Savior!! :)

@TreasureSeekerMom- Fear not, it is just a glitch that is counting one of your passages more than once, because you have that verse in another verse collection. Looks like you have already found 2 of the verses. Just so glad that you & your family are enjoying ST & BB with us!!!!! :)
@ Leah- Hi, I am very glad that you are excited about Scripture Typer, it is a great tool to help us practice our memory verses!! Actually, all of the memory groups are for specific Local Bible Bees, unless the memory group is called "Memverse" "Quizlet." If you are involved in Memverse or Quizlet, you are very welcome to join those groups, in addition to your own local Bible Bee memory group. Although, we appreciate your enthusiasm, it is not honest or fair to the other memory groups teams to have you on our team, when you will not be participating in our Local Bible Bee in Muncie, Indiana. :)
Apparently, there are in fact 61 verses. I have nooooo idea why I have 64. Andrew (TreasureQuestor B.) is working off of the exact same verse library as me and he just got all 61. I feel almost like I've been caught cheating by it showing 64 verses instead of 61, but I had no intention to do any such thing!
