I am hoping that you might consider switching to the King James version(KJV). Although I can just switch it over(which is what I did). I enclosed a link below which will inform you about the corruption of the newer versions. I used to not know about this and used all the different versions and compared
a particular verse in the different versions to see which one I liked best. Now, looking back, I kind of feel like I was playing God. Anyways, I know truth matters to you or you would not be memorizing the Bible.
