You'll be able to get this year's verses on June 1st by clicking the Bible Bee Shield at the top right of the website. There's also a getting started video there with lot's of info on using Scripture Typer for Bible Bee verses. This year, only Bible Bee verses will be counted in the group rankings. All of our stats will reset on June 1st and only this years verses will be counted. Happy Memorizing!

Congratulations Jimmy!!!!! I saw your post on Memverse!!!! I RRRRREEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAALLLLLLYYYY hope I can compete next year. I'm going to learn the Nationals verses and study 1 Timothy this semester just for fun. The Bible Bee (and Mrs. Krout) really got me going on memorizing, and I have my own little system now. :)
It went great! We all had a great time. The day went smoothly (even though it was raining). We all were very nervous but once the day began to start rolling, we all were in the groove and very excited. Me and my siblings think that the test was a lot harder than it has ever been before, which probably accounted for the lower scores that we have been hearing from friends and ourselves. The funny thing was that after the VERY hard test, the bible bee gave us a VERY easy oral round. Except for one passage, all the passages were the very shortest ones. The award ceremony was exciting too. All the contestants got a trophy, a certificate, and a bag of goodies that the host and the parents put together for everyone. Also, the host and the parents decided that they would give the top three winners of each category a medal of gold, silver or bronze, in honor of the olympics which just finished, and a certificate with their achievement on it. The cool thing was about this was that there were only three seniors in our bee; Jimmy, myself, and Mackenzie Krout, so we all got a medal! After that was cake and ice-cream which was a welcome break to the stress of the day. So after the cake and ice-cream was devoured, the bee was over. I hope we can see your family soon so that we can explain to you the technicalities of the bee in more detail. :)

Your typing speed is set by how fast you go on the "Type It" step. I never use it, but I did do it a couple times to get my typing speed set correctly.
Why does it say that my average typing speed is 13 when I usual type at

Well, scripture typer only says your verses are current when you review them on time.if you haven't reviewed them in a while they will say you haven't done them.To review them you click on your rank at the bottom of the page then on the next page you will see the references you have done in green and red. The ones that are red need to be reviewed and the ones that are green are ok .Then you click the start the review botton and walla!You review your verses and you have a higher rank!!!!!

I'm trying to decide whether Isaac would have the catapult or the pi symbol as a profile picture. I pretty sure he would pick the latter. He likes things that are black with another color as outline. :)
