It is a blustery windy day today. A typical day in our area. I have to lead songs at church. My hair may be a shambles by the time I walk through the church door! 😒🙃
Deuteronomy 5:29 KJV - "O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep ALL my commandments ALWAYS, that it might be well with them, and with their children [future generations of the followers of Christ] FOREVER!" Here is one more scripture text that makes it evident that the 4th Commandment is still as legitimate today as it was back then.

The message from God to me for you is “Him that cometh unto me, I will in no wise cast out” (John 6:37). If you have nothing else to plead before God but this one promise from your Lord and Saviour, you have the assurance that you will never, never be turned away. It may seem to you that you are hanging upon a single promise, but appropriate that one promise, and it will open to you the whole treasure house of the riches of the grace of Christ.
