Marvelous promises to us if we are faithful! Psalm 91:14-16 - Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
Psalm 27:11, 13-14 KJV - Teach me Thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
Psalms 24:1 says, The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Psalms 105:2,3 goes on to say, Serve the LORD with gladness: come before His presence with singing. Know ye that the LORD He is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. A shepherd cares for his sheep and will not let them become the prey of a predator. God is safeguarding us. Rest in His care.

It is good to study the Bible when we can. 2 Timothy 2:14-15 KJV - "Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."
It is a blustery windy day today. A typical day in our area. I have to lead songs at church. My hair may be a shambles by the time I walk through the church door! 😒🙃
Deuteronomy 5:29 KJV - "O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep ALL my commandments ALWAYS, that it might be well with them, and with their children [future generations of the followers of Christ] FOREVER!" Here is one more scripture text that makes it evident that the 4th Commandment is still as legitimate today as it was back then.
Jude 1:22-23 KJV - "And of some have compassion, making a difference: And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh."

The message from God to me for you is “Him that cometh unto me, I will in no wise cast out” (John 6:37). If you have nothing else to plead before God but this one promise from your Lord and Saviour, you have the assurance that you will never, never be turned away. It may seem to you that you are hanging upon a single promise, but appropriate that one promise, and it will open to you the whole treasure house of the riches of the grace of Christ. Cling to that promise and you are safe. “Him that cometh unto me I will in no wise cast out.” Present this assurance to Jesus, and you are as safe as though inside the city of God.. 10MR 175.1
