Praying for you all that you will find the joy hiding the Word in your heart. It will be your strength, helping you stay upon the narrow way.
Much love and blessings

A very warm welcome to Kelly Mack, May your time in the Word bring you into a deeper walk with our Saviour.
A very warm welcome to John from India. :)
A warm welcome Monique. May you be as blessed with memorising as I have been. Lots of love, hugs and blessings xoxoxooxoxoxoxox
Keep up the diligent work, Mr Smith. :)
I encourage those who started to get into the daily habit starting with just 5 minutes a day leading to a closer walk with our precious Saviour as we hide His Word in our hearts, while those who haven't yet begun remember it is never too late to start a good habit, which promises eternal rewards.
Glad to see you staying the course, Mr Smith.
Jason has fallen off the calendar! What a surprise. Welcome my friend. Let's close the gap on that Mrs C!
I have added more verses, portions and a few short chapters. Pleas let me know if there are any you want me to add? TIA!
Congratulations, Mr Smith!!! What does pro version give you?
now that I have mastered and have current 50 verses I decided to upgrade to the Pro version.
I did it! Psalm 23. What a marathon!
I have added more verses to all the collections. If there is something you would like to brush up, or have always wanted to memorize just ask and I will add it.
One of the "tricks" to keeping these 11 group verses current, I found is being able to recognize it is not a test. It is an open book exam, so to speak. I click on the Bible image if I don't know it by heart, then locate the verse, and then click on the read button at the bottom to revise it. "Simply Charlotte Mason" YT channel points out that repetition is the key to memorisation. So in summary, it is not a test. It is a process.
Mr Smith, I am on a mission. Lol!
Mrs C, thou art a machine!
Mrs C. Go back to the image in Edit My Profile, and click on, or delete the black brick image. There is a box outside left bottom that appears that says "Upload photo", I think, from memory.
Well, please do try and remember to help me, Mr Smith. :D
Yes. I can't currently remember but I managed and it was so simple, after much frustration!
Great photo, Mr Smith. I have tried and tried to work out how to upload, but it has given me no joy whatsoever, it refuses to allow me to drag and drop. Neither has navigating others on the site proven fruitful...
I am at about 3190 points, just before level 15. I spent between 15 and 40 minutes a day. I also do verses outside of the app as well.
How I know? Just ask Jason to take a look around in this thing, and perhaps he can figure that one out.
The Lord just reminded me that I was working on Romans chapter 12 the year before last and last year on and off.
BTW How do you know how many points I have? Lol! A couple of hours each day. I have been going over all the verses I have memorized over the last 28 years. There are heaps more verses and sections that I know than what I realized. It reminds me of the saying, "How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time." I felt in my lifetime that I would need these verses hidden in my heart to face the end times. Corrie ten Boom was an inspiration to me. Seeing the signs of the times is what motivated me to start this group. I will pass your info on, though I don't think they have another device.
Thank-you, Mr Smith. I have done both a verse or two or whole chapters at a time, though I haven't done the big portions for a few years now. Nathan and I were working on James 1 at the end of 2016. We never completed it during the 12 weeks we were working on it on the way to the course we were doing together at the time.
Also, those with phone trouble. Use the browser on another device, rather than the app. This is a web or app Bible memorising tool. If in doubt, get a Xaomi Mi A3, like mine. It uses Android 9.
what I would like to know is how much time each day Mrs C is doing to get to 4700 points!!!!!
Mr Smith does it verse by verse. any more than 2 together is a little too intimidating for him.
I have not had a response from the IT team yet so instead of us sitting in limbo waiting for others now. I suggest that we all follow Mr Smith's lead and work on the verses that I have already added for our group. You choose if you want to do Psalm 1 in small bites or Psalm 100 as a whole chapter. I have also added John 15:1-2 which I am meditating on for the next week with my family.
I have added Psalm 1 split into each verse, as well as Psalm 100: 1-5 together. I have memorized both single verses as well as portions. I don't find one way specifically easier for me than another. What do you do Mr Smith & Chris?
Two invitees are having issues with the app of their phones so I have asked for help.
Thrilled to have you here, Neil. I'll get us all started together in a few days when hopefully others have joined too.
I am waiting for everyone to accept before working on the chapter which I haven't specifically memorized, while the two verses in John 3 are very dear to my heart.
