Kevin, I love the idea of memorizing Romans 8 So thank you for posting these verses.In my gratitude I am sharing a link with you that if you cut and paste it into your browser, will discuss corruption in the newer Bible versions like the NASB. I myself have liked the NASB in the past and used other of the newer versions but now since I've have this information shared with ME I stick to the King James Version (KJV) I understand your hesitation if you are hesitant but this stuff will blow your mind like it did mine.
