I mean.....so do i but you haven’t talked in a while
Ha ha, right. XD Well, have a safe trip. :)
Uh huh, I was born there. XD we go back every three-four years for a one-year furlough break.
Yeah, if we did all of Romans, it would take quite a while. :) Wow, that's quite a move! Have you ever been to the U.S.?
Um . . . maybe not all of it, IDK if I could manage . . . :P by the way, we're moving to Alabama in the summer and there's going to be a lot of traveling, please pray for safety.
Romans sounds good. :) Do you want to memorize like, ALL of Romans, or just a part of it?
OH by the way, could we memorize Romans?
I have a prayer request from a girl on VPSA. A friend of hers (unbeliever) texted her saying she wanted to commit suicide. Please pray for Abigail's friend . . .
Well really, that's quite a lot. :)
In all, I've memorized 159 verses. Some of them were pretty short though...
I'm only two verses ahead of you . . .
Question: How many verses *In all* have all of you memorized? Just like . . . memorized on ST, yeah.
Haha, well who cares . . .
oops! when I read the Taggerung I thought, "Okay I`m just going to call that a clover, because I don`t know what a speedwell flower is." that is horrible! I should have known. Thanks for reminding me. I've read it 8 times.
Cool, Eruanna . . . I'm going to save that. XD Wow nice, I love Rakkety Tam! I've read it . . . hmm let me think . . . I've read Taggerung around 15 times, so Rakkety Tam was a little less than that . . . which means . . . 10? 12? Something like that. XD Oh and I love the Castaways of the Flying Dutchman! They;re great! And no, on the FRONT of Deyna's paw was a four-petalled speedwell flower birthmark with one petal a little thinner than the other three. It wasn't on his back I think. . . I should know . . . I've read Taggerung more than every other. XD
It's a four leaf clover on his paw, that's good it's one of my favorite books. (I have hundreds.) ;)
A: A flower-shaped-sorta-thingy birthmark. I love Taggerung.
Yes, I have read Castaways.
Hi Honor! Rakkety Tams war cry is' Haway The Braaaw!' Hey, where do you live anyways?? I know that sounds really creepy...Redwall Q for YOU: What was on the back of Deyna's paw? Have you read Brian Jacques other books?? (Like, castaways of the flying dutchman)
*hits self in head* I CAN'T BELIEVE I MISSED A NEW MEMBER.
Well hello Brooke, obviously I am Honor Persing, I'm a fellow Redwall fanatic, I love to write, Rakkety Tam is also one of my Redwall favorites, I have five little siblings, and I am 11 too. *is very happy to at last see someone my age*.
Redwall Q: What is Rakkety Tam's war cry?
I looked up your name, Charis. But I could only find Eruanna, it means Grace. ( its Madison's middle name.) Mine and Megan's favorite Redwall book is Rakkety Tam *sigh* another Redwall book we don't own. I've only read it thrice. That's a really awesome name. :)
Mwahaha . . . Songbreeze, otherwise known as Song, carried the Leafwood, a stick with a green jewel/stone embedded in the head. Dippler had a shrew rapier, and Dannflor had Martin the Warrior's sword . . . not to mention the Marlfoxes carried battleaxes! *cheers* Actually, Marlfox is probably one of my favorites so *whistles* easy question. :P Well, my middle name, Elanor, is elvish. It's the golden flower shaped like a star found in Lothlorien. My name Charis means 'grace' or 'unmerited favor' in Greek, so I wonder what the translation for that is . . .
I'm not actually so sure about your name now, Baillie. Cos I got it on a weird site. But I found the translation for 'Bailey,' it's Aranduriel (Are-ahn-doo-ree-ell.) But you know, I'm not sure...maybe the other one is actually right.
And yeah...everyone thinks I'm a random stocker that tries to befriend them.
Hi Charis, The poem that Saxtus found in Brother Huberts gatehouse was about, Gabool the Wild and triggered Mariels memory. I think. I haven't read Mariel in a LONG time. because unfortunately we don't own it. I'm going to ask you a question myself. What weapons did Songbreeze, Dannflor, Dippler, and the Marlfoxes carry? *I Looovvve Redwall too*
Ha ha, and it's actually Elvish for Brooke Victoria (her middle name.) I also somehow went on her profile page and it showed that someone random had prayed for her. Which I think is kinda creepy..
lol Charis XD When Brooke first joined scripture typer, she sent me a friend request and I thought that some random person was trying to friend me, so I planned to just ignore it. But I thought to myself "Nellethiel Turethiel, huh, that sounds oddly familiar, where have I heard that name..." and then it hit me. Nellethiel Turethiel is elvish for Brooke Grounds. (Btw, I didn't just know that by looking at it, she had told me a few days before XD ) So I friended her and hoped I hadn't made a terrible mistake. Jk, not really.
Sidenote: apparently, my elvish name is Earane Vardamir. Don't ask me how to pronounce that...
(P. S. when I first saw you'd joined I thought some random hacker had stalked us cause your name. XD) Oh yeah, and scroll down to older messages to find who I really am. :P BUT the Fox Queen is so much more Redwallish . . . XD
Hi! Wow cool! Elvish! Welcome Brooke! *has a heart attack* ANOTHER REDWALL FANATIC!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSS!!!!!! Let me test to see if you are a true Redwall fanatic . . . Just kidding: What poem did Saxtus find in Brother Hubert's gatehouse that was of extreme importance later on, and what was it about? *I memorized this poem* I love Redwall. XD
the last part is a translation
Ai! Gi suilon! Im Nellethiel. Uin edhel, i^n case lle did alfirin ista.
Hi! I greet you! I'm Brooke. I am not an elf, in case you did not know.
Hey y'all, this is my sister Brooke. She's a Redwall fanatic, is currently learning Elvish, and she's 11.
Oh did I? Oh yes I did. *facepalm* Well, she's not a mercenary queen, so that's that.
Yes I do. You told me, remember?
LOL, stop it. You probably don't even know where I got Captain Elanor from . . . XD
Captain Elanor!? What are you doing here? This was the last place I expected to see you... Okay, maybe not the last ;)
And you have memorized 90 verses! I've got some catching up to do...
Well, I've reached ninety verses in all.
Totally fine. :) I haven't even noticed . . . :P
Oops! I think I might have removed one of your posts accidentally, Charis.
Eh hehe . . . that um . . . I know. So weird. A mercenary on a memory verse website . . . -_- Maybe I should change that to ANOTHER Captain Alias of mine . . .
Captain Sisarra!? What are you doing here? This was the last place I expected to see you...
What is happening? Not much.
What is happening? I should probably check in more often....
And I'm Charis, just . . . Charis in disguise, yep.
. . . . Hacking siblings are always fun to watch, until someone hacks on MY account.
Do you know how hard it is to tell if you're logged in or not? If I click on the link Scripture Typer sends me, I expect it to log me in automatically. But it doesn't. So I have to look at the little name on the bottom of the screen. But I don't. I forget. So I accidently post on your account. But in this circumstance, it doesn't really matter. You do use ESV, as do I. Most of the time I'll say if that was actually me. XD I hope that doesn't happen again though.
Baillie Baillie can't you see that you were my thing when you said ESV!?!
Actually I'm the only one in my family who uses that version, IDK why . . .
We use ESV too. What version do you use?
What version of the Bible do y'all use?
. . . Yeah sure . . . Reviewing them is important though!
I know, I know Charis....you envy my dedicatedness....jkjk. I may be able to memorize them, but keeping up with the review is a KILLER.
Hey guys!
Go here: scripturetyper.com/postoffice/
and here: scripturetyper.com/community/
for different ways to communicate with your 'friends' that's not just on these groups!
You might already have known that . . .
ONE HUNDRED SIXTEEN HONOR!!!!
How could you?
JKJK
Lol I hate reviews.... I have 116 to do...:(
I vanished for four days and I had 52 verses to review . . . *facedesk*
Yeah, Geneva, I did write that comment. I think I clicked the link on my email that sends me here, but it signed me up as you and I didn't notice
And by the way...the time on here is 2 hours ahead from our time. Not that I think you were sleeping at 1:46 PM...:)
I can totally see you doing that, Geneva...:)
guys I think baillie put that complement unless I was sleeping well typing and I was not sleeping at 11:46 AM.
Good job on the memorizing guys! Keep it up :D
P. S. Janna I also love the name Sophia!
I've finished James, Proverbs, (not the whole books, the sections on our wall) and most of the uncategorized verses . .
I have finished Psalm 37:1-11! *feels so happy*
LOL, no it's mostly for Inklingers alone, but Baillie invited two girls from her church. :)
xD, I like turkey too. Living in a turkey-shaped building seems like fun :). We eat turkey every week though.
Thanks Baillie! Oh, I see. Is this still a Inklings Members Group, or just loosely?
There, now you're all administrators. You can add memory verses yourselves
Sure, I was actually planning on doing it, I just forgot
Baillie, can you assign us titles perlease? If you're a group Admin you can give us 'titles' and this could go along with our Inklings idea of ships and stuff. Or if you don't have time to, just make me an Admin and I'll do it myself. (anything for power, no?)
It's for a different group I started, I figured it out.
Hi Janna soooooo glad you could join! :D
You have to invite them via email. Why?
Baillie, how d'you add people to groups?
We're just teasing you Janna . . . XD
heehheehee....and eats turkey every day. :P
(she lives inside of a wooden turkey-shaped building.) Just kidding, just kidding. :D
Hey Janna and welcome! How much of Psalm 37 do you want me to put up? It's kinda long, but it is good. I'm in the process of memorizing it myself.
Btw, other than Honor, Charis and Geneva, there is Megan and Madison Grounds. They're my best friends and they go to my church.
And Megan and Madison, this is Janna. She's a member of the Inklings and she lives in Turkey.
Can we memorize Psalm 37? It's a very helpful Psalm, about not envying wicked prosperous people in this world.
Welcome Megan! And sorry Honor I'll try to mute them . . .
Hey guys, Megan (Madison's older sister) just joined. Finally. :P
I think you are more popular.... I mean, 6,000 posts... *frowns at meager 1, 500* And I kept adding then removing my pic 'till it worked... And would you mind muting the notifications that get send via email? Because every time I get on Eagle, there are a bunch of new S. Typer promotions, etc. Go to "edit my profile" and then you can mute it.
Um . . . I'd say Dane is more popular, or Kyle *COUGH*. And your pic is great! LOL it just needs to be saved, and then be refreshed and stuff.
YES It's working....that's one of my drawings...
