Well, it is warm again. By last night, it was sweltering. I slept on top of the bed imagining I was camping. Haha! And I am sure that tonight will be the same. But things will be looking up soon. The part that my husband is waiting on, to fix the air conditioning, should come today. All my poor cat can do is lounge flat on the bed or the floor, wherever she feels the most breeze from our circulating fans. Bless her heart... She turned 15 today!

Lydia, it was a busy Preparation Day for me. And I had to work in the heat. Our air conditioning (which we are used to) is on the blink. Broken rotator blade. Until that comes in and my husband fixes it, we are letting air circulate through overhead fans, open windows (with screens), and open doors (except at night). I made a thick vegetable soup, salad, some biscuits, and sliced carrots and celery for lunch tomorrow. Didn't quite finish my wash. Picked fall gold raspberries and froze them for smoothies. I watered almost all of my garden beds. Besides a few other things, what did your Sabbath Preparation look like?

You will have to do the same thing for Promises in Genesis. When you are in your group on your phone, tap the three dots or bars on the top right of the screen. It will open up the editing area. You can choose PUBLIC or PRIVATE there when you scroll down. Let me know if you have any problems finding it.
When a group is PRIVATE, it remains unlisted in the GROUP feed. To make it PUBLIC so that everyone can find your group, when on your computer (it is a little different on your phone), you have to go to MY ACCOUNT, click on your NAME, click on ACCOUNT SETTINGS, click on PRIVACY SETTINGS, and then check the box that says, My name can be found in search. That will open up things for others to find you. Hope that helps!
