Hey guys. Not a verse from a sermon but I found this verse extremely helpful to memorise. It is quite short but mighty powerful when you are in that place of trial or tribulation and you want to remind yourself to go into prayer. It is Romans 12:12

Hey everyone. There hasn't been any new verses over the break. I've been working on memorising some verses from Hebrews in prep for this term. So I've added Hebrews 12:1-2 on here. I have found these verses super helpful over a long lifetime! Worth memorising.
2 Thessalonians 1:9-10 stood out from the reading for me. Its two verses though.

Added an awesome verse from this week's sermon. Let's get it!
Just added Esther 4:14. It's a bit of a longer verse, but it is worth it. I feel like it's a great reminder of Mordacai trusting in God's promises - to deliver his people.
Also a great reminder of the sovereignty of God in the latter part of the verse, could Esther have been appointed the queen of Persia for such a time as this?

yep, that’s the plan - I was going to what for each sermon to see if there was something to add from it. But you are able to add your own verses whenever you want - without it appearing on the group.
